SkillOnNet Acquires UK-Facing JackpotParty.com From Scientific Games

Cyprus based casino software provider SkillOnNet has acquired the UK-facing igaming website JackpotParty.com from WMS Games, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scientific Games Corporation, for an undisclosed amount. This includes all Jackpot Party assets including its customer database that will migrate to a new casino website, SlotsMagic.com, which has been set up exclusively specially for this purpose. All of WMS games available on Jackpot Party will be accessible to players on the new site along with over 200 games from other leading casino software providers such as NexGen and Amaya.

SkillOnNet’s popular 3D slots titles will also be a major attraction at SlotsMagic.com. The site will feature a downloadable software client and a Live Casino. EGamingOnline will manage affiliate sales and marketing changes, which includes contacting affiliates to finalize new traffic and payments for player migration to the new online casino.
